OUR CLASSES

MET-CON CIRCUIT (30 MINUTE WORKOUT)

The MET-CON (Metabolic Conditioning) Circuit is a 30 minute, full-body workout that is comprised of different exercises each day, making every workout completely unique. These high-intensity, fight-functional workouts typically involve using tractor tires, sledge hammers, heavy bags, kettle bells, medicine balls and a variety of other unconventional equipment as well as dynamic variations of standard bodyweight exercises. The goal of this class is to build “real-world” strength while improving the cardio vascular and cardio respiratory systems. The workout is demonstrated every 30 minutes, Monday through Friday, beginning at 10am with the last one demonstrated at 8pm.
